Enveleaf always aims at providing a quality smoking experience for our beloved smokers. Unfortunately, mistakes happen, which is why, if, for any reason you need to return your leaf wraps for a refund within 30 days of delivery, you may do so. Here are our return rules:
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your order, let us know, by emailing info@enveleaf.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a prompt exchange, or refund. Upon completion of your return for an exchange, or refund, you will receive the agreed upon exchange of goods from Enveleaf.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-4 days of purchase.
Depending on the size and weight of the purchase, you can expect your order in 1-7 business days after your order has been processed.

RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES
Wraps– If you are not satisfied with your cigar purchase, it may be returned for a full refund. Please return all unused products in the original packaging. For any Exchange or Refund, please reach out to us by email at info@enveleaf.com
Accessories – For any other product non-tobacco related, you may return for a full refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase. If there are any defects or damages upon delivery, you may also request a Refund or Exchange at no cost with proof of damage or defect by emailing us at info@enveleaf.com
Enveleaf reserves the right to limit amounts and quantities of any order.
